May began with first the Fish Cup and then the Old Rock Trophy having to be postponed.
The Tootsie Thomson Cup on 2 May was won by Stewart Tomlinson with 40 points, joint second with 35 points were Paul Foster and Ian Pottinger.
The first Wednesday Sweep for the Summer League took place on 5 May and was won by Keith Fraser with an excellent 81, nett 64. Tied for second were the trio of Davy L Thomson, Mark Gibson and Rab Duffin with nett 69's.
The Sweep arranged in place of the Old Rock on 8 May was won by Paul Nicol with 38 points, joint second were Allan Johnston and Keith Fraser with 37 points and third was Michael Groat with 36 points.
The J W Gray Cup was contested on the Sunday with Bruce Crossan delivering a win with a 77, nett 67. One shot back were the trio of Jimmy Sales, Keith Fraser and Ross Chisholm. Ross also having the lowest gross of the day with a 74.
The second Wednesday sweep saw a win for Jimmy Sales with 37 points, holding off a chasing pack of David Brown, Keith Fraser and Jordan Webb all with 35 points
