News Posted: 10th April 2013

On Sunday the junior section kicked their season off with the Gray Cup in glorious conditions. 5 boys competed well with Kieren Fraser winning with a nett 60 while his cousin & fellow west-sider Stuart Fraser had his lowest ever gross score and first time under 80 with a great score of 78 (61). Both boys got their handicaps cut by 2.

In third place was this years junior captain Sam Constable with Sean Graham 4th and Tommy McClenaghan in 5th.

A warm welcome to the junior section to Tommy McClenaghan who has moved up from Thurso. Tommy is a young but established player with a handicap of 10.

A junior spokesman wishes all the juniors well for the forthcoming season and hopes the competitions continue to be played in great conditions.
