The men's season got underway with the traditional Captain's Challenge.
14 players met in the clubhouse, although only 12 actually took to the course, after a heavy shower just before tee-off persuaded 2 to leave their clubs in the locker room.
The team representing the Captain emerged victorious 2-1.
